We are looking for an Operations Business Partner to join our team in Barcelona.
The Operations Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to Content Operations leadership and the Operations function by managing a collaborative operational cadence.
This role will provide business operational support to standardize, automate, and continuously improve business functions, including monthly KPI reviews, reporting and analysis, planning and forecasting support, and talent, hiring, and productivity reviews.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments A Bachelor's or advanced degree (Masters) in Business management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analyzing data and proposing actions/initiatives.
Previous experience in a similar role.

What will you be doing in this role?
Prepare and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
Develop, track, and analyze KPIs that drive business insights for growth, productivity, and incentive objectives, identifying potential performance areas for improvement in collaboration with Operational Excellence.
Partner across Operations to support financial planning and forecasting models and data.
Support all Business Review presentations and participate in extended leadership meetings.
Be a visible, collaborative, and accessible leader across the operations teams.
Follow up on the agreed Operational activities.

Hours of Work This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August).
The position is hybrid, going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
