We are working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative (Slovenian) for their Barcelona office.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)

Full-time position: 38.5h / week (Monday to Sunday).

Temporary Contract. Location: Barcelona, on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a customer support advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying customer needs.You will be listening, responding and mediating between our international travelers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service.Clarifying inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following set processes, via email and phone.
