We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Junior Recruiter in Malaga (Hybrid), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future.What you will do in this rolePerform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing)Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / SupervisorWhen necessary, prepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customersInform candidates about the results of interviewsWhen necessary, prepare a formal written proposal for the positionCollect documents from new employees and give them the company rules, company policies and safety information before the starting date of the employeeEnsure that all stakeholders are aware of the date of commencement of the new employeeEnter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form in the company for Human Resource ManagementYour qualificationsAre proficient or bilingual in any of the Nordic languages and advanced in EnglishHave between 6 months to one year of experience interviewing, sourcing, and recruitingPossess experience managing hiring processes via ATSAre a self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independentlyAre a team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skillsHave high level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Don't meet every requirement?
