We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Junior Recruiter in Malaga (On-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future.What you will do in this role As a Junior Recruiter on our team, you will:Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing).Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / Supervisor.Prepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customers.Inform candidates about the results of interviews.Prepare a formal written proposal for the position when necessary.Collect documents from new employees and provide them with company rules, policies, and safety information before their starting date.Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the commencement date of the new employee.Enter the new employee's information in the database and prepare their home form for Human Resource Management.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in English.Have a high level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Possess previous experience in HR recruitment in a multinational environment (desirable).Can work in a pressured environment and on your own initiative.Have a teamwork mentality.Are able to prioritize and maintain deadlines.Don't meet every requirement?
