Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, auditing, or related roles
Experience in conducting audits, assessments, and reviews of software development processes, practices, and deliverables
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), testing techniques, and quality management systems
Strong understanding of auditing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Familiarity with auditing frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 25010, and ISACA
Experience in conducting risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance reviews
Familiarity with software quality assurance tools, test automation frameworks, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex software artifacts, identify quality issues, and propose solutions for improvement
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients
Ability to articulate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions clearly and professionally
Able to thoroughly examine software artifacts, documentation, and processes for compliance
Optional but preferred:
Relevant certifications in quality management, auditing, and software quality assurance can be beneficial. Examples include Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
ITILv4 Foundation Certified
Experience in working in Utilities/Energy Distribution Industry
