The Role Supporting procurement purchases in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyersAnalyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle EastNegotiating IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary teamWho You Are Required Technical and Professional Expertise Law degree in any European countryAt least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at lawContracting and negotiation expertiseExperience with working in an international team and on English language contractsFull professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Admission to the local Bar (Spain)Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services)Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector would be considered an advantageAdditional relevant qualifications (for example LL.M. in IT/IP or Privacy Law) or further Bar admissions would be considered an advantageAdvanced knowledge of other European languages, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in those languages (B2 in European Language Framework)Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
