You and your engagement can make a contribution to shape the future of renewable energies.Your Responsibilities:Provide first level support on HR processes, policies and practices in the areas of:HR Operations, including international assignments.HR Governance, including corporate policies and industrial relations. Talent Acquisition and Management, including employer branding.HR Analytics.Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies and practices in Spain.Act as a point of contact for ENERCON employees in SpainYour Profile:Highly reliable and with strong job ownership.People and processes oriented.Open minded and problem solving attitudes.Willingness and initiative to learn and to actively contribute.Educational background in the areas of human resources, labour law, psychology.Experience abroad or in a multicultural environment is an asset. Advanced English is a must.IT skilled (MS office environment).
