Junior Fashion Designer

We are looking for a Junior Designer who shares our vision and values and is ready to grow and learn within a creative and dynamic team. What will you do? Collaborate in the development of collections from concept to final product. Conduct trend research and market analysis. Create technical sheets and assist in preparing materials for production. Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance collections. Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams. What are we looking for? A degree or master's in Fashion Design. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Skills in technical drawing and computer-aided design. Interest in sustainable fashion and alignment with The New Society's values. Previous experience through internships or 1-2 years in fashion design (preferred).
