We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent Norwegian speaker to join our team in Malta.
In this entry-level role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
This position offers a hybrid work model, including on-site training and remote work, with flexible shifts from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to midnight.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing quality service and timely resolution of issues.
Help customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Be available for weekend or late shifts as needed.
Qualifications Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with good communication skills.
Proficient in B2 English.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
