Role Purpose: This person will specialize in Tenant representation, working primarily with the international clients of the Cushman & Wakefield network.
Key Responsibilities: Represent and advise tenants on their real estate strategy, including relocations, renegotiations, acquisition of flexible space, lease disposals, or sale of their properties.
This representation in the acquisition will include: The identification of different alternatives analyzing the Client's needs and agreeing on a brief.
Searching buildings that meet the agreed criteria, working with other entities, including competitors.
Accompanying the client during the site visits, selecting appropriate buildings compliant with the agreed brief.
Negotiating the best financial conditions.
Assisting the client in the review of the lease contract through completion.
The representation in the lease renewal will include: Analysis of the Client's lease obligations.
Analysis of market conditions.
Analysis of Pros and Cons of occupied buildings including adequacy of the rent currently paid/asked by the Landlord.
Knowledge & Experience: Valuable: 2-3 years of experience as an expert in transactions in Real Estate Sector.
Educated to University Degree level, preferably in the areas of Real Estate and Business Studies, Business Administration, or Economics.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Full driving license (the motorbike license shall be valid).
Very high level English: C1 (Level test will be carried out during the recruitment process).
An ability to work to deadlines.
An ability to work well within a team and form strong/lasting relationships.
A creative thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Commercial skills.
