About the roleWe are seeking a temporary Junior Community Manager in the Marketing department to help grow and engage our global community.This role involves supporting daily operations, assisting senior community managers, and maintaining an active community.A key focus is on creating meaningful content and working closely with the Social Media team to plan and execute engaging content strategies.What you'll doAssist in developing community strategies that foster user engagement, content creation, and community-driven development.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure community feedback is collected and addressed.Support community events such as streams, developer interviews, user-generated content competitions, and giveaways.Maintain a positive presence and promote a user-friendly environment on community message boards and social media platforms.Work with the Development, Brand, Product Marketing, Quality Assurance, and User Support teams to better serve our users and community.Help gather community feedback during private and public tests to improve product quality.Assist in drafting community reports, including reactions, sentiment, feedback, metrics, and research; analyze the results.Participate in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.Support the management of a network of volunteer Community Coordinators, Moderators, Artists, and Testers.Work closely with the Content team to gather user-generated content for various social media channels.What you'll need1-2 years of experience in community management and/or social media management in B2C gaming.Passion for community-driven development projects.Exposure to working with global communities (i.e., not a regional market).degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience is preferred, but we value talent and skills over formal titles.Basic understanding of online community platforms, especially X, Discord and Reddit, as well as other systems and software.Interest in popular social media and gaming trends.Eagerness to learn about the latest technologies and techniques used in building and maintaining successful gaming communities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrated initiative and positive spirit in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent spoken and written English paired with strong communication skills.Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design skills, along with familiarity with CMS systems, is a plus.Hiring process ?Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:HR Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (40min).Technical Assessment - A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills and a follow up interview (up to 120 min).Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper into your professional experience (50 min).Peer Member - You'll meet a colleague from the Marketing team who will give you a broad idea of the relevant way of working, and they will also assess your technical and creative skills (50 min).Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and team strategy (50min).If you want to have a look on how to get a successful job application, have a look here !#J-18808-Ljbffr
