About The RoleAbout this opportunityAs a junior member of the Building Surveying team, you will be supporting Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring services in the technical aspects of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing expert advice on electrical and mechanical systems.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in the development of high-quality services and ensuring that building surveying deliverables meet customers' requirements within the M&E discipline (building´s electrical and mechanical systems).Participating in technical audit and building surveying commissions for new builds, renovations and maintenance works.Preparing condition reports.Preparing design calculations and design reviews for electrical and mechanical systems.Preparing and managing planned maintenance programmes.Quality and compliance monitoring.Advising promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.About YouWho we're looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsPrevious experience in real estate projects in Spain.Knowledge of facilities design and Spanish building regulations.Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, design principles, and industry standards.Sound ICT skills.Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.QualificationsElectrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.About UsAbout usA world of opportunity.Gleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
