Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Lead the organisation through change and transformation to expand the business online in the Spanish market.
Lead, define and develop the digital strategy of the brand.
Introduce new ways of working and redefine the company culture from the bottom-up.
Balance the day-to-day running of the business to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Responsible for end-to-end strategy, design and implementation of the company's digital roadmap (Marketing/growth, CRM/Loyalty/Logistics optimisation).
Build up the digital department of the company to face this new challenge, developing the DTC channel and the marketplaces partnerships.
Coordinate and lead UX, Analytics, SEO, Mailings and Design teams towards business plan execution.
Develop fact-based metrics to determine the main KPIs and ROI of digital campaigns, continuously testing and optimising channels, audiences and strategies.
Manage and update the P&L of the department and manage the department budget, optimising and analysing the available resources.
Oversee all digital plans and operations including digital processes, customer experiences, services & products.
Keep up with market innovation and digital players to maintain a fresh digital strategy.
Help design and develop, together with IT, automation solutions for manual systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Identify, engage and actively collaborate with other stakeholders in the organisation to develop effective strategies to enhance customer experience.
Minimum Requirements: Fluency in English is a must.At least 10 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position in a digital department of a B2C company.Strong professional background including experience developing and executing digital strategies.Experience in FMCG / Home Distribution is a plus.Experience managing teams is a must.Collaborative, team player, flexible and hands-on.Join a multinational FMCG company with an opportunity to belong to a growing company with a clear focus on digital transformation.
