Our colleague will provide direct support to office and production users, managing standard systems, both hardware and software. The IT Technician will report to the Country IT Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations across our manufacturing sites.Responsibilities:User SupportHardware Preparation and ImagingSoftware Installation and ConfigurationAsset ManagementPeriodic Checklist and MaintenanceLow-Level Switching Setup (VLAN)Hardware and Software TroubleshootingQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience (3+ years) in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or production environmentProficiency in using ticketing systems for incident management and tracking.Familiarity with imaging systems like SCCM for hardware preparation and software deploymentStrong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshootingExperience with asset management systems and inventory tracking.Basic understanding of networking principles and low-level switching (VLAN) setupsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesFluency in both written and spoken English and local language#J-18808-Ljbffr
