Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and other key stakeholders, they are supposed to drive operational excellence, customer experience, and manage business continuity risks.We are seeking an experienced IT ERP Program Manager to join our Worldwide Business Management and Operations Center of Excellence team. As an IT ERP Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of QAD & SAP S/4 HANA systems within our Industrial organization. You will collaborate closely with our internal customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and manage documentation via agile methodology. Your expertise will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our business processes and drive efficiency across various departments.Responsibilities Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Collaborate with other program managers to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and stability of implemented solutions.Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the IT support team, to ensure timely issue resolution.Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues and challenges during project implementation.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.Collaborate with clients post-implementation to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and optimize the performance of the solutions.Communicate tactical process decisions and plans, project status, issues, and workarounds, to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.Lead internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provide feedback on projects, and conduct post-project evaluations.Represent the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements
