Job Description: Do you have experience in IT support? Our client is a group that owns and operates schools throughout different countries all over the world. They are looking for an IT professional who wants to join the Service Desk Team in Madrid Norte (Chamartín / Arturo Soria).
Your Functions: 1st line IT Support to all European businesses (primarily colleagues and school staff, students, and parents) following IT policies, processes, procedures, and standards as deployed, aligned within the ITIL framework.Support of end user devices (Desktops, laptops, and tablets) including management of hardware and software to ensure they are deployed, controlled, and maintained effectively.Create and update support documentation used by both IT users and IT colleagues including procedures and knowledge base articles.Position Requisites: Experience in IT Support and Service Desk environmentExperience in Customer ServiceExperience supporting diverse / remote businessesGood working knowledge of user account management and administrationBasic/Good understanding of IT Infrastructure & Applications SupportFluent in English. Very valuable fluent in Italian.Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior: Informática
