What we expect As SAP Functional Analyst you will be responsible for the following activities (representative of the IT SAP Department towards business):
Supporting the CS/SD related business processes and stakeholders in the day-to-day business, as well as incident analyses to ensure sustainable solutions Definition of SAP project specifications in coordination with the business departments and other stakeholders Collaboration with internal IT and manage the external SAP implementation partners from the specification of a change request over the development to UAT and Hypercare Managing business workstreams projects and technical integration of satellite systems like Microsoft Dynamics Controlling of external service providers based on KPIs As part of the Europe Africa SAP team:
Coordinate and ensure with other colleagues and IT teams that the solutions and tools in the area are end-to-end consistent with the other SAP modules and external IT tools Contribute to the harmonization of business processes and IT tools across Europe Africa Contribute to defining and executing the SAP strategic plan Who we are looking for A university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification Very good SAP knowledge, at least 5-7 years of experience as an SAP consultant and have cross-module SAP (ECC 6.0) know-how with a focus on service processes (SAP SC/SD, SAP Field). Knowledge in S/4HANA is an advantage Very good analytical skills and a talent for communication and coordination Having a in-depth knowledge of the current interface technologies Solid knowledge of project management, ideally acquired through relevant certifications (PMI or PRINCE2) MS Office applications Proactively customer and solution oriented Motivated to take ownership and courageous to communicate issues transparently Strong team player with a permanent focus on the end-to-end delivered value, Enjoy working in an international environment with matrix structures Fluent in German and English Willingness to travel (occasional) What we offer Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.
