.We are recruiting for a new IT Technical PMO reporting to the transformation manager. You will be responsible for operational PMO activities and tasks for technical cross teams initiatives supporting our transformation journey.What you do Monitor and control project plans and timelines to ensure that the technical program milestones are met in a timely and accurate fashion by facilitating partnerships across the team. Manage the deliverables and communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks. Foster the agile mindset and guide the team to apply Agile principles to their work.Assist in the maintenance and administration of project management tools, templates, and processes. Coordinate project status reporting and project documentation management.Ensure compliance with IT governance standards (local and global), policies, and procedures. Support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, including risk management, compliance and audit activities.Support Business and Product teams in mobilizing IT Projects.Project Reporting and Analysis: Support creation of monthly and ad hoc IT reports related to project status, resource utilization, time recording, and governance compliance. Review of project KPIs and analysis of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Support in preparation and tracking of the IT budget; consumption; purchase order and invoice management.Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among project managers, stakeholders (IT & Product colleagues, Business, and IT providers, namely AZ Technology) and governance bodies.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve PMO processes.Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to product managers and team members on PMO processes, tools, and governance requirements.What you bring Agile mindset and different Agile tools, methods, and knowledge.Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.Proven experience in project coordination, PMO support or governance administration within an IT project environment.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and O365 Teams and project planning tools.Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.Strong coordination skills and willingness to take on responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.A broad experience across a variety of architecture domains (application, data, integration, or infrastructure).Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl
