WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Proven experience in managing ISO 27001 certification and compliance processes.
Solid knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) .
Strong skills in audit coordination (internal and external).
Excellent project management capabilities, especially in a global context.
Proficiency in tools like Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including CIOs and external auditors.
A results-driven approach with a problem-solving mindset to address logistical challenges.
Exceptional organizational skills for planning audit calendars and ensuring adherence.
Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
Based in Europe, with availability for occasional travel.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Oversee and standardize the ISMS processes for 55 global markets.
Define and implement control objectives and scopes for annual ISO 27001 audits.
Plan, coordinate, and manage both internal and external audits with local market representatives and EY auditors.
Develop and maintain an audit calendar to ensure certification deadlines are met.
Conduct pre-audit preparations , identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including market CIOs, ISMS leads, and R&D site representatives.
Analyze audit findings and recommendations to enhance compliance frameworks.
Address logistical challenges of audits across multiple markets, ensuring efficient coordination.
Work closely with auditors to establish consensus on dates and scope .
Drive continuous improvement in security and compliance processes .
