What your role is General Mills EUAU is embarking on an exciting journey to transform its supply chain planning systems and processes (internally referenced as IPT: Integrated planning transformation). This creates a new and exciting opportunity for a IPT Change Lead for San Adrian & Inofita (2 of our plants in EUAU) which will be a key role in driving the acceptance and adoption of the IPT transformation journey within their unit in partnership with IPT Project team, HR and unit business partners. This role will be accountable for validating and executing IPT change plan in San Adrian and Inofita and providing real time ongoing feedback on progress and pivoting to improve change execution. The IPT project will standardize process, data, tools, technology, and operational models across the International segments. This role will be key in providing the right level of communication and engagement to support their unit teams through that transformation. This role is a key member of the IPT project team and will support the implementation of the IPT project and in a way that minimizes business disruption, delivers integrated communications, ensures widespread adoption of new and revised processes, enables effective resource prioritization, and aligns with governance processes. About you You have experience in supply planning with a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operational processes, are a good communicator, and either already have or wants to build skills in project management and business leadership. You can expect to gain experience implementing industry leading technology and influencing skills across multiple geographic locations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their supply planning, change and project management knowledge and skills to the next level and increase the breadth of impact they have on an organization. Whilst this role is a fixed term contract, pending performance and permanent role availability there maybe options to permanently join the planning organization post completion of the fixed term. Key Responsibilities Works directly with EUAU business partners (plants, markets, supply planning hub, OBMs, HR, etc) and the IPT team to understand and execute IPT change plan for their unit Responsible for: Validating - determining what change plan tasks will and won't work for assigned group Activating - executing change plan in unit and within appropriate functions Responding - reporting out to the unit what worked and didn't work, and partnering with IPT Project Team to adjust change plan as appropriate Deliver IPT change communications/presentations/Q&A as needed to teams, functions, and unit leadership Act as point of contact for unit leaders, managers and end users with questions and concerns and share back (feedback loop) with IPT Supply Planning Change Manager and IPT Project team Support build of training plan and execution for unit functions Provide end user training support including facilitation of training as needed within unit and functions Support training translation review as appropriate Attend weekly meetings to share success/challenges/feedback Partner closely with supply chain team to ensure change plan on track Build and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders and local teams Leverage understanding of cultural and ways of working norms to successfully execute and evaluate effectiveness of change plan in unit What you will bring to the team Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or local equivalent, required 5+ years Experience within Supply Chain function, with at least 2 years in Supply planning Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operational processes Ability to develop strong relationships across unit Supply Chain and cross functional partners and ability to foster, maintain and influence these relationships to drive change Exposure to business critical project roll outs High learning agility to move at the fast pace of this transformation. Energized by leading through ambiguity or change.
