To join this new project, we are looking for an international and experienced 360-recruitment consultant.
With your Manager – as international as you – you will be responsible for growing our business in Northern Europe while enjoying the lifestyle of Barcelona.
Your Responsibilities as an International Senior Recruitment Consultant: Analyse the market and identify opportunities for development Establish, develop and manage partnerships with clients Negotiate contract conditions and act as an advisor between your clients and candidates Hunt for and qualify candidates Grow the candidate database and develop your own network Ad-hoc projects What's in it for you?
