Proactivity, reliability, kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our solution culture.If you like challenges and want to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forA driven and passionate International Recruiter (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our team on a global level.Your role in BizAwayCollaborate with Hiring Managers for BizAway's worldwide recruitment.Be in charge of CV screening and the maintenance of the recruitment database.Conduct interviews by phone, via video call, or face-to-face.Make active research and headhunt passive candidates through different channels, job boards, and LinkedIn recruiter.Communicate with candidates during every step of the recruiting process.Manage job openings on our ATS, monitoring and reporting progress to the team leader.Be a tutor and collaborator for the Hiring Managers, advising them on company culture and interviewing techniques.Prepare negotiations and job offers for candidates.Collaborate with external vendors and provide feedback to their candidates.Work with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to set priorities and the hiring strategy.Participate in company events (job fairs, career days, conferences, team buildings, etc).Your basic qualificationsExperience of a minimum of 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, Google Workplace Suite, ATS, etc.Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects.Ability to communicate kindly and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory.We are also interested inKnowledge of Spanish, Italian, or any other language will be considered a plus.Previous experience in recruiting Sales and Software Engineers.Digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects.Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups.Hunger attitude and proactive approach.Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.
