We are looking for A driven and passionate International Recruiter (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Team on a global level.
Your role in BizAway Collaborate with Hiring Managers for BizAway's worldwide recruitment.
Be in charge of the CV screening and the maintenance of the recruitment database.
Conduct interviews by phone, via video call, or face-to-face.
Make active research and headhunt passive candidates through different channels, job boards, and LinkedIn recruiter.
Communicate with candidates during every step of the recruiting process.
Manage job openings on our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting to the team leader.
Be a tutor and collaborator for the Hiring Managers, giving them advice related to the Company culture and interviewing techniques.
Prepare negotiations and job offers for the candidates.
Collaborate with external vendors and provide feedback to their candidates.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to set up priorities and the hiring strategy.
Participate in company events (Job fairs, career days, conferences, team buildings, etc).
Your basic qualifications Experience of a minimum of 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Experience with the LinkedIn recruiter.
Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, Google Workplace Suite, ATS, etc.
Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects.
Ability to communicate kindly and to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory.
We are also interested in Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or any other language will be considered a plus.
Previous experience in recruiting Sales and Software Engineers.
Digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects.
Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups.
