As a result, the company's expertise on property related matters, market trends and lifestyle are recognized both nationally and internationally.Join us today and be part of one the top real estate agencies in Spain where your success is guaranteed!Main Responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Ibiza in order to list properties.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.Business development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, networking activities, etc.Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity.Requirements Previous experience in the real estate sector - specific knowledge of Ibiza's key areas.In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts, and processes.Native English SpeakerProfessional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team.Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.Benefits Full-time permanent contract.Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation.23 days holiday per year on a full-time basis + 2 personal days.Weekly language classes, during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox).Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.Extensive initial & ongoing training.Being part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career development.A modern, international & professional working environment.We work hard and have fun!
