Education: Higher education degree in technology, science or engineering Skills and attributes: +5 years of experience in IT Project Management and software development projectsStrong project management skills including agile methodsExperience in Team ManagementExcellent written and spoken English language skillsExcellent professional communication, ability to approach senior stakeholders and fit-to-purpose communicationLeadership and problem solving skillsGood planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless deliveryExperience in change management, business analysis and process transformationsAbility and willingness to travel Key responsibilities: Participate in international IT projects for the ports and logistics industryLead and manage implementation projectsWork with various teams to ensure that client's requirements, milestones, and budget for projects are metCollaborate with innovation, software development, and business development teams to design and build new solutions for the ports industryIdentify new use cases and opportunities to leverage emerging technologies in our solutionsProvide consultation and recommendations based on client's requirements and develop relationships with team members to serve client needs Other valuable skills: Experience in logistics, international trade, and/or sea ports logisticsExperience working at consulting companiesExperience in international IT projectsIndustry certifications in Project Management: PRINCE2 or PMPIndustry certifications and/or experience in Agile MethodologiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and/or other project management tools
