eDreams ODIGEO is listed in the Spanish Stock Market.We are now looking for a talented Internal Communication Executive to join the People Team, to be based in Barcelona and help to implement effective and compelling communications to enable high performance, increase engagement, foster collaboration, and retain our talent to support eDreams ODIGEO strategy and help achieve the company Vision.Key responsibilities:As part of the Internal Communications team you share the following responsibilities:Own the Internal Communications Roadmap, including planning, preparation and coordination of all internal communication events and activities in order to foster our eDO culture.Manage eDO communication channels and processes in order to improve connections between team members across all locations facilitating a greater sense of belonging.Ensure all internal communications are well structured, clear, informative and aligned with the eDO tone and guidelines.Leverage different mediums to ensure communications are tailored to different departments and demographic audiences.Constantly look at enhancing existing processes tools and bring breakthrough innovations related to internal communications.Monitor key metrics and report back on performance.Build a network to support you in generating and delivering internal communications activities.Minimum requirements:+5 years' experience in internal / corporate communications in an international/multicultural environment, interacting with various stakeholders at all levels.Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.Comfortable with technology, knowledgeable in WordPress and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Suite, etc.
