Expect more from us as we empower care based on knowledge, experiences that prioritize people, and better outcomes for our world.The internship will be performed in the Cardiac Surgery team.Responsibilities:Marketing Support:Event and meeting management (Hotel reservations, catering, restaurants, room preparation, attendee control, etc.)Preparation of the product catalog, specifying technical details.Management of training courses for doctors and salespeople.Updating bibliography on the products.Performing internal administrative processes.Preparation of presentations and translations.Handling internal management systems (Ariba, Ecats...).Organization and control of the warehouse and equipment.Supplier management.Managing and leading marketing projects via Social Media.Sales Support:Ordering merchandise for different hospitals.Stock analysis and management, inventory control.Preparing budgets for salespeople.Creating reports for sales and marketing.Requirements:High level of English (Reading: B2/C1 Level / Writing: B2/C1 Level / Conversation: B2/C1 Level)High proficiency in Microsoft Office.Previous Experience: Not required.Minimum Education: Bachelor's DegreeTypes of Degrees:Double Degree in Business Administration and Management & Industrial Technologies EngineeringDegree in Commercial Management and MarketingDegree in EconomicsDegree in Business Administration and ManagementMinimum Requirements:Proactivity.Communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Additional Information:Internship agreement.Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months).Full-time.Flexible working hours: 7:30-10:00 to 16:00-18:30.
