How you will create an impact: You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients, products and project types.
You will build industry, business and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects and apply previous industry-related and/or consulting knowledge to projects, both conceptually and analytically.
You will work closely with your project team to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve our clients' business challenges.
As a member of the Simon-Kucher team, you will be an integral part of contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.
Your profile: Recent graduates with above-average student performance during Bachelors/Masters or candidates with some experience in other consulting firms or within the industry.
Python programming skills.
Basic knowledge in the field of databases (SQL).
Knowledge of common BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or others.
Desired experience in statistics, mathematical optimization and machine learning.
Strong analytical skills as well as an eye for detail.
Proficient business English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow personally.
