What we expect from you: Integrated within the Intermediates management within the chemical business, the person incorporated will be responsible for promoting the sale of products, promoting the sales of these in their area of responsibility (customer portfolio or geographical area) for the achievement of the objectives of the established sales plan, complying with the guidelines of their hierarchical superior and the general rules of the company.
Among your main functions:
Maintain and nurture the relationship with customers by providing a consistent and quality interlocution. Coordinate all interactions with customers from different areas of the company (Technical Assistance, Supply Chain, Finance, Sustainability, Product Stewardship...), maintaining a complete vision of their needs and the relationship with them (360º relationship). Negotiating sales conditions within their client portfolio following the premises set by their manager. Formalizing contracts. Defining development plans and negotiation strategies with each of the assigned clients in accordance with the criteria established by the Marketing and Business Departments, following the instructions of their hierarchical superior and the Sales Department. Knowing the market for Cepsa's chemical products in their assigned geographical area or customer segment. Carrying out market studies when required. Attract and retain new customers in accordance with the indications established by the Commercial Management. Maintain customer portfolio information in the Company's systems (including CRM), as well as the corresponding sales forecasts (volumes and prices). Collaborate with the Commercial Management in the preparation and updating of the Sales Plan, Budget and Commercial Strategic Plan. Collaborate with the Commercial Management in the development of projects. Propose credit lines for the assigned customer portfolio and advise the person responsible for their approval. Monitor the payment behavior of customers, participating in the process of claiming them according to the criteria established by the Company. What we are looking for: University degree in Engineering/other technical degrees, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar. Very high and fluent level of English. Availability to travel internationally. High knowledge of the Office package at user level and experience in CRM management to develop communication with clients and the company. Ability to work autonomously, to communicate and analyze and ability to take on responsibilities. Previous experience of at least 6 years in commercial positions, with knowledge of the chemical/intermediates market being an advantage.
