We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our central Procurement function as Procurement Excellence Manager.
What You Will Do:
Guide stakeholders through the transition to the new CLM tool by applying change management best practices. Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption, addressing concerns across departments.
Create comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users across departments. Support users in understanding and adopting the new tools or processes, ensuring they are comfortable with key functionalities and processes for efficient use.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent information flow among stakeholders, including procurement, legal, finance, and suppliers.
Leverage your experience with procurement tools to maximize the efficiency of Zycus. Continuously evaluate and adjust tool usage to meet evolving business needs and improve performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements, provide status updates, and ensure a collaborative environment.
Develop and train Cimpress Procurement and its partners on processes, policies and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and legal compliance in each country and region.
Drive usage of eTools to improve data and spend transparency across all Business ERPs; increase Procurement negotiation power and optimize supplier interaction (offers, eTenders, etc.).
Plan and deliver training programs for processes and implemented technologies across Procurement, ensuring adoption and usage including sustainability.
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration
Have at least 5 years' International Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance experience, with 3 years or more at international companies with multifunctional structures and/or a business unit organization with decentralized decision-making processes
Knowledge of Zycus or Similar CLM Tools: Familiarity with Zycus functionalities and configuration options is highly valued to ensure effective implementation and troubleshooting.
Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles and practices to help guide stakeholders through the transition to new processes and tools.
Procurement Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of S2C processes and best practices.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and keep implementation on track to meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, including procurement, legal, finance, and suppliers.
Training and Support Skills: Experience in creating training materials and delivering training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new tool and processes.
Experience with Procurement Tools.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt to new challenges and find solutions to issues that arise during the use of the tools.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactively seeks ways to enhance processes and optimize tool usage for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and foster a collaborative environment for project success.
Nice to Have:
Experience in change management of Zycus or other procurement tools
Training experience
Fluency in as many languages as possible of the region
