About this role As part of our Business Development team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
The Inside Sales Representativeis responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities including emails and calls within targeted accounts Key Responsibilities: Research into companies that are planning or conducting clinical research studies to identify possible leads and prospective customers Develop outreach strategies Develop materials for outreach campaigns Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails Collaborate with Business Development team to support outreach activities and strategies, organization of meetings, webinars, conferences and development of potential leads that will lead to RFPs and opportunities Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development team members for further development and closure Deliver weekly/monthly reports to management on metrics Comply with CRM (Salesforce.com) requirements.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent An understanding or willingness to learn the clinical trials industry Proven inside sales experience Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and metrics Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM #LI-YM1
