As an Inside Sales Representative at Monday, your primary mission will be to identify and generate new business opportunities through active market prospecting. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, working to fill the sales pipeline and ensuring Monday remains the top choice for companies and professionals seeking flexible workspaces.
REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles or in commercial prospecting.Results-oriented and accustomed to working with call and lead-generation targets.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with CRM and customer management tools (e.g., Pipedrive or similar).Proactive and capable of handling high volumes of daily calls (cold calling).Strong results focus, accustomed to working towards sales objectives and KPIs.Proficiency in languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is a plus.So… What will I do? Cold Calling: Conduct a high volume of daily calls to identify and qualify potential leads.Active Prospecting: Seek new business opportunities by reaching out to companies and professionals who could benefit from Monday's services.Lead Management: Keep the CRM database up to date and regularly follow up on generated opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Key Account Management teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.Reporting: Analyze the outcomes of prospecting activities, providing valuable insights to refine strategies.What do we offer?
