The WW Assisted Growth Program is a proactive, territory-aligned coverage model for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) below the MPL.
The program is designed to help ISVs who have developed solutions on the Microsoft platform accelerate their revenue and customer growth.
We assist partners in accelerating their sales cycle by building repeatable processes within their organization to access Microsoft customers by leveraging Microsoft sellers, the Commercial Marketplace, and the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
The program also focuses on helping partners grow in Co-Sell Deals, Azure Consumable Revenue, Marketplace Billed Sales, and consumption of Azure AI Solutions.
Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of 10 Inside Partner Development Managers (IPDMs) located in Europe and Asia, guiding them to achieve the goals of the WW Assisted Growth Program.
Strategic Partner Development: Develop and execute strategic and tactical partner business plans for Portfolio, aligned with Microsoft's goals and objectives.
Drive business transformation and solution selling.
Sales and Acceleration: Lead the IPDMs team to develop go-to-market plans and co-sell execution tactics.
Coordinate partner pipeline reviews, coach, and challenge partners to transform their sales and deployment strategies.
Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between IPDMs, partner sales teams, Area Leads, Microsoft sales teams, and other relevant groups to overcome obstacles, compete effectively, and create compelling deal proposals.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance of the Partner Portfolio with Microsoft, maintaining regular connections at executive, sales, and delivery team levels to identify and resolve execution blockers and accelerate performance.
Adoption and Usage: Coach IPDMs to drive partner adoption, usage, and performance of key programs and investments that contribute to sales and deployment with end-customers.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners.
Align Portfolio priorities, strategies, and goals with Microsoft's to build mutually beneficial account plans.
Team Development: Lead the integration of skills, capability, and capacity plans for the ISV team.
Utilize a mix of sales and tech training to enhance the team's capabilities and enable them to build high-impact Microsoft offerings.
Responsible for creating correction of error plans when execution is below expectations.
Required/Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on solution selling, technical support, technology advisory, or operations.
5+ years of experience in Partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development, within the technology industry.
5+ years of Management Experience in the technology industry, or Sales Organizations.
Team Lead, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager.
Proficiency in English and French.
Other languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with consultative selling and developing tactics to manage pipeline, sales opportunities, and meeting sales goals by reviewing forecasts, assessing risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working under pressure and managing risks effectively.
Ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task, and manage team members to achieve objectives on time.
Proven history as a strong negotiator, able to influence and persuade team members to achieve mutually satisfying agreements.
Confidence in interacting with senior leaders to present, defend, or clarify concerns regarding projects, programs, or solutions.
Project and/or program management experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Technologies, including AI sales, solution development, and Partner Development.
Strong analytical skills, capable of providing solutions to complex tasks.
Solid background in business analytics and reporting services.
Knowledge in Microsoft CRM and PowerBI.
Bachelor's Degree and/or Certifications in Microsoft AZ900 or AI-900 is a Plus.
