As an Inside Partner Manager you will work with dedicated portfolio of 5 - 10 partners within DACH territory driving their performance and will guide them on transformational their path to SaaS solutions provider.

You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth.
Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners-You will assist in the development and success of your assigned partners through consultation, business planning and market development activities.
You will enable and support the partners to drive their business against an assigned quota.This hybrid position is based in Barcelona and you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Channel Sales.
ResponsibilitiesBuild relationship, act as responsible contact person for partner principals, management and respective teamsUnderstand partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are activeEnsure common vision between Autodesk and PartnerDrive annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and supports executionRecaps quarterly sales results with partners and internally and helps set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersEnsure partners forecast is valid and updatedDevelops and supports sales activities with partners, sets targets/milestones, measures results, supports executionTakes initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departmentsInfluences marketing plans, coordinates merit funds available to support sales initiativesCoordinates trainings and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales and marketing skillsAttend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners, travel may be requiredParticipates in specific projects relating to indirect businessMinimum Qualifications4+ years Experience in channel partnerships (SaaS, PaaS background preferred)Business fluency in German and EnglishExcellent writing skills, excel skills and analysis skillsExperience communicating effectively and collaborating with an extended team.IT technology sales and/or pre-sales experienceMotivated, determined & business orientedtravel occasionally #LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
