Your eye for detail and positive attitude will allow you to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient while making interviewing at Bitpanda a great and personalised experience.What you'll do:Help shape and provide the best candidate experience possibleWork closely with recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders across all levels to organise the full interview process — making it efficient and smooth. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to elevate our hiring practicesMultitask and prioritise scheduling requests and organise workload.Own the setup and ensure smooth running of our ATS system.Communicate clearly and timely, both to candidates and internal stakeholders, regarding schedules (and changes, if and when they occur)Focus on process improvement. Continuously look for ways to improve (and automate!) our scheduling processes to make it more efficient and scalableWho you arePrevious experience in a coordination role, within an international, fast-growth environment (ideally within an international search or recruitment firm but not essential)An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and ideas on how to best optimise this for efficiency and qualityStrong prioritisation skills. You can juggle lots of different tasks at once. Accurate, strong attention to detail, and good analytical skillsProactive and creative with a solution-orientated approach
