TikTok's Spain Global Business Solutions team works with some of the largest organizations in Spain across all categories. They enable advertising on the platform and connect users with brands.
Role Overview
This is an important role reporting into the Global Business Solutions team. The Industry Activation Strategist will have deep knowledge of the vertical industry business landscape, online advertising, consumption patterns, and campaign measurement. This role will be responsible for conducting industry research, developing tactical campaign strategies that address key client/industry challenges, and generating insights that feed vertical-wide strategic priorities. You will anticipate how client decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover insights that shape the vertical, and clearly articulate how our product suite can help clients in the vertical industry grow their business on TikTok.
Responsibilities Collate vertical learnings & insights across various internal & external data sources (i.e. campaign data / learnings, platform user data, market data, case studies, product data, etc.)Monitor internal/external product updates, international case studies, organic and paid creative inspiration, emerging creators, competitor product developments, etc. specific to the vertical's business challengesIdentify winning campaign strategies/templates/narratives that can provide maximum business value and drive continuous consumption in the verticalScale insights and strategies across the vertical to elevate client pitches and/or drive adoption & standardization of winning campaign strategiesAttend high-value client meetings as a key point of reference for clear and authoritative market research and industry insightsIdentify, collect, and analyze client performance data and work with Business Analyst to improve data insightsQualifications Minimum qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for data storytelling, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft campaign strategies across full funnel objectives.Strong understanding of TikTok's product & measurement suite.Fluency in Spanish and English.Preferred qualifications: Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment on recommended campaign strategies.Expert in digital marketing: Proactive attitude with a growth mindset, eager to learn, with ego in check.Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
