.Job DescriptionThis role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies.Industrial Maintenance Tech$1,000 Sign on BonusLocated at:3320 Maggie Blvd. Orlando, FL 32811What Brought You Here:$20 per hourQuarterly safety bonus opportunitiesMonday thru Friday, Day Shift + Overtime - occasional weekend hours as neededBenefits starting DAY ONE!Who You Are:A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.What You Will Be Doing:Advises management of new developments which may affect profit, schedule, costs, and/or departmental relations.Engaged in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of electric-power generating equipment, and transmission, distribution, and control equipment of electric power utility.Confers with contractors to resolve problems in installation of new equipment, servicing, and repairing equipment and to assist in start of new plants or additions.Reviews inspection and repair reports and observes progress of work on major overhauls to evaluate efficiency and work quality.Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.Communicates with operators from other shifts.Resolves problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations, and develops recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.Provides direction and example for interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.Skills You Bring:Prior Industrial Maintenance experience.4-5 years' experience in heavy industrial machinery, with an understanding of the manufacturing process & theory.480 3-phase knowledge.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must be able to read a tape measure.Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. independently.Must be able to work overtime with flexible starting times in some departments.Regular and predictable attendance.Why Trulite:Trulite offers comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
