Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the sales team in managing administrative tasks (contracts management, travel agencies information, etc.). This role is also to be the bridge between the Sales team and other departments with the objective to give the best services to partners (agencies, tour-operators, OTAs, etc.).
Main Accountabilities
Giving support to the Sales team to manage regular requests from agencies (technical issues, product requests, invoices, etc.).
Controlling promotional actions budget ("otros costes comerciales").
Applying the procedures and policies defined to solve any situation.
Ensuring the operational management of tour-operation and charters.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
Management of TTOO allotment: contract creation, bookings, releases, passenger name list, changes, special requests, ancillaries, payments, and coordination with Sales and Legal.
Management of Charters flights: Coordination with Network, negotiations, internal approval process, contract creation, booking, passenger name list, special request, and payments.
Management of Sales requests sent to indoor sales inbox mail.
Management of "promovueling".
Create the PO's & Needs derived from promotional/commercial activity and monitor "otros costes comerciales" budget.
Main Relationships
Internally with Sales teams, Sales processes and effectiveness area, Legal Department, Revenue Management, Distribution area, Network and Operations, Finance and Customer Services.
Externally with partners (agencies, OTAs, tour-operators, airports, etc.).
Education
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales or Tourism.
Experience
Experience in airlines or in an agency.
Competencies
Teamwork qualities.
Autonomy and agility finding solutions.
Ability to work under pressure.
Organized and comfortable working in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
Solid understanding of airline selling processes.
Strong interest in the airline industry.
Languages
English: B2.
Spanish: fluent.
Italian, French or German is a plus.
Other
Office Suite.
Ideally knowledge of Skyspeed.
