David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Inbound Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRefer non sales/presales enquiries to the right organization.Manage customer/reseller requests on spare parts by checking spare part stocks & availability.Close inbound sales for B2C customers.Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities and pass the lead to the team in charge.Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the right organization.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.).Computer literate with solid IT knowledge.Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade.Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills.Ability to follow the security rules of the company.Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner.Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.BENEFITSExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
