Implementation and Training Manager Reporting to: VP of Client Success and Partnerships
Location: Valencia, Spain (hybrid). There is the option to be located at one of our other 2 European hubs, in either Leeuwarden, Netherlands or London, UK. Employment is on a hybrid basis from any of these 3 locations.
Job Overview: As an Implementation and Training Manager at Datamaran, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new customers are onboarded to our platform efficiently and effectively. You will support their ongoing needs by providing comprehensive training and guidance, empowering them to leverage our platform to meet their ESG governance and materiality requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely adoption of the Datamaran platform, focusing on customer delight. Training: Develop and deliver tailored training programs to up-skill customers on how to effectively use the platform for their ESG governance and materiality requirements. Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and helping them maximize the value of the Datamaran platform. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and to continuously improve our onboarding and training processes. Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, particularly in onboarding and training customers. Strong understanding of ESG governance and materiality requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with technology platforms and a quick learner of new tools. Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus.
