You will contribute to the success of the company day-to-day by:Providing the client with legal representation.Consulting in your area of expertise on legal matters.Drafting and revising a range of legal documents.Providing legal assistance in cases involving a degree of complexity.Producing documentation/information for article content to appear in the main media.Drafting short articles or notes on recent developments in the law.Maintaining a high level of business acumen by generating client contacts and scouting business opportunities.CapacidadesAccuracy in editing legal documents.Providing legal advice.Taking part in legal proceedings.Requisitos7 years' experience in law firms or company legal departments, preferably in one of the Big 4 firms or a boutique accounting firm.Interest and experience in VAT-CIT.Experience in multinational consulting.Graduate or postgraduate in Law, Business Management or Economics, or dual degree.Master's Degree for Access to Legal Practice.
Membership of a College of Lawyers.Master's in Tax.Preferably having attended courses in, or with knowledge of, International Tax Law.Languages: Bilingual command of Spanish and English required, as they are used habitually in the workplace.
