Job DescriptionThis role is focused on developing and increasing aftermarket sales by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers to proactively develop the customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the AFM business within a certain region or country.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalogue products in the assigned region via phone.Focus on this market to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.Resolve customer issues/problems, research, and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.Make standard quotes for the supported customer base.Follow up by phone on all open quote requests for the supported customer base.Follow up on all opportunities 100% (both proactive and reactive requests).Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales.Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.This job really exists in selling via phone in a designated area as per a well-defined sales process and CRM usage.
