JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of technology projects to improve our operations.
Information analysis + improvement projects for media efficiency in collaboration with CD.
Supervision and compliance with KPIs set by Global regarding media management: Throughput, Buffer stock, OPEX/TO…
End-to-end Capex process management, starting with analyzing requests from CD, negotiating with manufacturers, making budget allocation decisions, and final delivery of media.
Management of cost reduction projects and supplier negotiations.
Support for COM Project (internal management project for our media operations).
Support for P&L control for media.
Current additional projects:
Golden Eye implementation -> Refrigerators with image recognition technology and AI-based purchase suggestions + automatic integration with our Ecommerce.
Contract digitization -> Simplifying the document management process for delivery notes of both product (IC) and media (refrigerators) by digitalizing the process.
Support in developing PowerBIs for better management of our operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the HORECA channel.
Technology background.
Fluent English.
SKILLS
Project management / leadership of cross-functional teams.
Supplier management / negotiation.
Strong information analysis skills.
