The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace.
We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall's, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry's. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.
The purpose of this job is to contribute to Ecommerce channel growth and support its development internally and externally. Build and establish capabilities and skills that will accelerate the growth and win disproportionately in this channel, Omnichannel and PDM, by gaining superior turnover, market share, and margin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support and lead key relationships with customers: Support creation of annual JBPs considering USG targets and Market Share.Promotional execution: Implement the promotion and media plan on retailer's website. Lead campaign and creative working with our Marketing and eCCD team.Banners and visibility production coordination: assure coordination of production with U-studio of the visual materials in customers' websites.Business Analysis: Continuous analysis of sales results, monthly sales reports, and review of Cash-Up and key drivers.Always be open to seeking new opportunities, exploring and learning from what others are doing or simply leading actions that inspire and generate business.Performance media campaign analysis: analysis of campaign ROAS through different platforms (Criteo, media agency...).Data Analysis: Analyze the sell-out performance of customers, identifying improvements and opportunities. Explore and analyze what the competition is doing and the results.A&P budget Control: Responsible for A&P control for Ecommerce.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONSYou have a University Degree in ADE, Business, or similar and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Sales and/or Operations role, ideally within a Consumer Goods Enterprise.You have professional skills such as accounting management and selling essentials, driving category growth and shopper insights, ROMI and sales fundamentals, etc.Proficiency level of English and Spanish.SKILLSGrowth MindsetConsumer & Customer FocusBias for ActionLEADERSHIPCritical SOL (Standards of Leadership) BehaviorsPERSONAL MASTERY: Sets high standards for themselves.
