An important multinational company needs to hire a Talent Business Partner Role Summary: Lead and oversee talent management activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, and retention, to ensure the organization achieves its strategic goals. Collaborate with the HR Director to implement talent strategies, improve processes, and manage key initiatives focused on employee engagement and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring the availability of skilled personnel in a timely and cost-effective manner.Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection, ensuring fairness and alignment with internal and external equity standards.Lead the development and execution of onboarding and continuous training plans, including managing budgets and tracking progress.Coordinate employee performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, including engagement surveys, action plans, and recognition programs.Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, to improve internal communication channels and promote employee participation.Support the planning and execution of organizational events and initiatives (e.g., team meetings, recognition programs, seasonal events).Provide HR reporting and analytics to leadership, including monthly KPIs and budget tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in industrial or multinational companies.Fluent in English (FCE minimum) and fluent in SpanishAdvanced Excel skills.Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to foster positive relationships and effectively resolve conflicts.
