Your role will involve partnering closely with leaders and employees to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for policy improvements and ensuring compliance with global and local standards. By facilitating strong HR practices, you will support the achievement of company goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.What will you do:Oversee the entire relocation process for both new and internal employees, including visa applications and providing ongoing support and guidance.Ensure the development and implementation of our HR policies and practices, aligning with global standards while meeting local requirements to support strategic business growth.Provide support and advice to our leaders and employees on HR-related matters.Participate in global and local projects to improve the employee experience.Manage HR-related systems.Participate in the continual development of HR programs.What you bring:Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field.Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience as an HRBP of at least 3 years.Experience in the full process of international employee relocations.Experience in supporting leaders and employees with HR-related matters in compliance with Spanish labor law
