Responsibilities : Reporting to the TR India Country HR Manager and working closely with the Operations Manager. Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies that support branch objectives and goals in line with company policies. Responsible for the achievement of the HR Branch KPIs. Own the entire process in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit of the employees of the branch. Support the HR Ops Team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience. Manage day-to-day HR-related tasks as well as the assigned HR team to coordinate, support, and implement HR actions. Coordinate with Head Office HR leaders in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Address complex employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Identify training needs and support career development and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in the execution of performance management systems and processes. Support organizational change initiatives. Requirements : Availability to relocate to Chennai, India. Proficiency in Spanish and English. 5 to 8 years of experience as HR Generalist and/or HRBP. Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on approach and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. High level of discretion and ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately. Understanding of labor law and HR processes (experience in international environments is a plus). Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking abilities.
