Human Resource Officer

Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
At least 2 years of work experience as HRO
Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker, positive, "can do" attitude, and proactive problem-solver
Expertise in handling different HR roles (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, and work safety)
In-depth understanding of global and local laws, regulations, and guidelines for HR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
