We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist to join our team in Spain. The HR Specialist will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by understanding and addressing the people-related aspects of business challenges.
Responsibilities for the position:
Act as first point of contact for all team members and all topics related to their employment at TELUS Digital
Support managers with HR-related matters
Coordinate, organize and conduct onboarding meetings with team members
Coordinate, organize and conduct stay- and exit interviews
Participate in the welcome day of new team members
Together with the Reward Team plans and organizes the benefits in the company
Plans and organizes engaging activities for the team members
Keep in touch with vendors providing benefits and other engaging and retention services for team members
Coordinate, communicate and promote company benefits and engaging activities
Support and participate in the annual performance review process
Coordinate, organize and conduct training regarding local HR topics and other Global training.
Prepare, coordinate and organize the yearly Pulsecheck Survey
Facilitate and support other departments with action plan development based on Pulsecheck results
Participate in Commissions and represent the Company
Conduct and lead internal conduct investigations
Administrate Workday processes and assist and educate team members and managers about these processes
Issue employment certificates
Ensure full compliance with Company policies and HR procedures
Participate and assist in other international and/or local HR plans, initiatives or projects

What we expect:
2 years of HR experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Humans Resources, Psychology, Law or similar would be an asset
Familiarity with Spanish labor law, Call Center industry and/or Workers councils would be a plus
Workday and Google Workplace knowledge would be a plus
Excellent English and Spanish language proficiency skills
Flexibility to work outside of the business hours according to business needs, occasionally
Highly empathic and approachable, open personality
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics
Team player, time management and ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently and good stakeholder management
Developed organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to find creative solutions outside the box
