David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking HR Payroll and Support to join their team in Valencia.
Position: HR Payroll and Support Location: Valencia, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistance Ensure all contract-related matters are organized Support new employees during their onboarding process Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal, as well as good level of English Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems Basic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payroll Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong analytical skills to address payroll and HR-related issues Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Relocation assistance Career growth opportunities Benefit program which includes free breakfast/lunch, Spanish classes, and many more Health benefits
